  • Technical Log Data: Standard operational logs necessary to maintain system stability, including timestamps of interactions, API webhooks metadata, and success/error rates of the connection between Meta APIs and our cloud architecture.

We use the processed information strictly for the following operational purposes:

  • To deliver, maintain, and execute the automated AI assistant functionalities (such as answering inquiries and scheduling appointments).

  • AI Infrastructure Providers (e.g., Google Gemini API / Cloud Services): Message content is transmitted securely via encrypted API endpoints to generate text responses. These enterprise-tier APIs explicitly do not use transmitted customer data to train public foundational language models.
  • Automation Platforms (e.g., Make.com / Private Servers): Used to orchestrate internal cloud webhooks securely.

We implement appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures (including secure API endpoints, sanitization routines, and encrypted data in transit) to protect data from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.
